An obsolete radio station building was acquired in a prime location. The building was completely refurbished and extended to meet the tenants specifications going forward,

  • Over 1200m2 of office space and 22 car bays, with an “A grade” custom fit out
  • One of the first applications of mechanical car stacking in Perth
  • Ageus partnered with the lessee to lease excess space in the building until this space was required

Our team partnered with the Lessee and their team to produce a property solution for their growing business that has seen them occupy the building for over 10 years. We continue to work with the lessee to future proof the building to meet their needs for the next 10 years. This asset is held and managed by us.

The acquisition by Ageus consisted of 6 two bed apartments built in the 1950’s.

Given the property’s location, potential views and anticipated changes to planning codes, the deign developed for the site exceeded its historical potential.

On this basis planning and construction approvals were achieved.

Co-Founded Murdoch Student Housing After recognising a shortage of supply in off-campus student accommodations at Murdoch University, due to a growing demand from foreign student enrolments.

  • Project was developed in consultation with University
  • Provision of approximately 50 beds in the residential complex was achieved
  • Units have specific design elements and flexibility to cater for individual student requirements
  • Simplified the University’s accommodation procedures and reduced their costs and management
  • Higher than normal sales were achieved due to innovative rental and management partnership
